Protecting the Rainforest
Year 4 put on a fantastic class assembly today and shared many interesting facts about their rainforest topic.
Year 4 shared their impressive written work on rainforest poems with metaphors and persuasive writing asking a woodcutter to not cut down the rainforest.
We found out about the tribes living in the rainforest and a comparison between them and people living in Kingston. The children also performed a brilliant song on the important message about preserving the rainforest, which was very powerful.
The children were very confident and we were all extremely proud of them. Well done Year 4!
